Honesty

Yesterday, I met with a friend who was having some difficulty and couldn't keep a promise. He was honest about the situation even though it was painful to do it. I admire honesty a great deal, especially when people are being honest about things that may impact how others feel about them. It makes me care about the person even more than I did before.
